If you require any assistance in upgrading or repairing your product(s) please first contact the support@getcatalyst.com with detailed explanation of your request; or call (408) 365-3846 Ext. 2.

If your unit needs to be sent back to the factory please use the issued RMA number (this number needs to be issued by Catalyst support) and send the unit along with the “Repair Authorization Form”, available on this page, to the following address:
